Goalkeeper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): The Hammers might have been six goals down at Bournemouth but for him. Crucial performance, delivered and demonstrated real class. Some top goalkeeping to help achieve a 2-2 draw. Defeat might have ruined their whole season.
Defensive unit
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for season's best. Many discuss Arsenal's squad. He is the top performer by a country mile.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): You'd have been a wild optimist to say 'Murillo will score and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You'd have got massive odds on that. He shone. He's becoming a force. He can really be a tough opponent. Pleased to see him playing as he did previously.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I watched him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled because he was making mistakes. But at Newcastle he's been dominant. He's been really strong and imposing and looks elegant. It looks like he's found a perfect fit.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a full-back, rather a attacking-minded going forward. He has proven to be a wonderful signing for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them unearthing more talent from obscurity? It seemed after selling Pervis Estupinan it raised eyebrows but Brighton know more than us.
Central players
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Similar players and they're in for the same reason. Their sides were victorious, many mention about the goalscorers, but lacking these players the squads falter. They excel. They break up play, they support going forward.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. Numerous supporters, like my child, had doubts if he could be the man to secure victory. Three goals in the local rivalry and supporters now wish to honor him permanently of him. Scoring, calmness, he dominated. The best player on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Maybe this is thing that I agree with Thomas Tuchel on - he has reached a point now where it will prove very difficult to leave him out. My view was he began well this campaign, I believe he was a little bit entitled and believed he could join to Chelsea, and perhaps aimed for that, but he has found his footing. A brilliant brace in the Leeds match pulled his side from behind. He made the impact.
Forwards
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I noted he appeared not his usual standard. He appeared as if he was slower. However, incredible. Words fail me. He performed superbly. Phenomenal in his approach and through his scoring.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A particularly intriguing player. He plays well, typically sharper off the bench, but with Gordon sidelined so he has to play. He squandered a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his most straightforward effort. However showing the inner resilience to place himself into difficult situations and score twice was remarkable.
Manager
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He steps in and beats Arne Slot. A wonderful gameplan. It might have been five or six for Forest and nobody could have argued.
